Jewelry Care Instructions
Polymer Clay is durable & lightweight but should still be cared for with care by following these directions:
Avoid harsh chemicals. Put on after clothes, makeup, perfume, body lotion, etc. Remove earrings before sleeping, showering/bathing, exercising, or swimming. Do not bend, twist or pull on them in order to avoid breakage. Avoid leaving earrings in extreme heat. Store in a cool dry place, in a box or bag to avoid dust or scratches. To clean, gently use a damp cloth or microfiber cloth. Each piece is handmade with love, please handle with care and enjoy!
Return Policy
cak.art.design wants you to love the items you have purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Our apologies but shipping costs will not be refunded.
If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
